"Identity, Branding, Logos, designs...what do I need?"

Great question. I think if you're reading through this F.A.Q., you're already curious about either updating your existing look of your business and digital/physical presence. To break it down in the simplest form:

Identity
Creation of a Logo mark, and supporting elements, and a simple guideline. If you have a pretty solid brand but just looking to refine the edges, then this might be what you need.

Branding
‍Identity, Brand guideline (typography, application of logo, colors, responsive logo), brand positioning, brand strategy, brand voice, brand mission, etc — this could also involve websites and design system depending on your project needs. If you're looking to reshape your whole brand with a new strategy to target a different type of audience than your current ones, then you may want to look into a full Branding service.

"What do you charge for projects?"

I wish I had a magical sheet that showed a price for all design projects, but the reality is that all projects are different and I'm unfortunately unable to give you general pricing.

I do however have a 'package system' that helps us estimate the cost of a project — Identity, Branding, Packaging, Web design, Design System, Apps & Publication. And it all comes down to our relationship, the risk involved in the work, timing, release schedule, the complexity of the project, and the amount of revisions required.

Let's chat, and before we start our project, we'll agree on an estimated total cost, and we'll talk through additional fees that may add on!

"How long does a project general take to complete?"

Kind of like the question above, it really depends on the projects complexity, the budget and the timing.

I'd be able to offer you better estimate when we start talking and us discovery the full scope of the project.

"AI could generate designs now...why should we pay more and work with you?"

The world we live in is becoming increasingly exciting as A.I. tools and online applications become smarter and more efficient. I have personally tested many of these tools and am amazed by the advanced technology available for free or at a nominal cost. Especially if you're looking to create something cool.

And 'cool', I believe, is where these tools end at this moment in time.

What I do and what I can provide is something more meaningful and timeless. I serve as a bridge between you and your customers, providing a solution from understanding your business goals. While A.I. might be suitable for simple tasks, the clients I've had the pleasure of working with are deeply passionate about their mission, their business, their customers, and the importance of their brand and how it conveys to their customers.
